How are we doing?

Hi girls!

How goes the workouts? I've been using the stationary bike quite a bit this week, since its cold rainy and dark most of the hours I'm awake. Oh wait, it's cold rainy and dark all day.

I didn't exercise Thursday, due to giving blood, got back to it Friday, then missed yesterday. So, I guess I'll be running or something this afternoon.

How is everyone else doing? Keeping active? Lots of variety, or trying to stick to a routine?

  1. Things are going well for me. I am nearing the completion of my second week of P90X. It has been exhausting, but I am getting much better at the exercises. I have averaged 2-lbs of weight loss a week which seems healthy.

  3. Went on a walk/jog with Victor from our place down to Carkeek park and walked on the beach. Total time in motion: 90 minutes :)

    Also am drinking more water and cutting down my beer intake.
