Thats right kids! Lets talk breakfast.
If you've got weightloss on the agenda, eating breakfast is one of the smartest things to do! I'm not talking a Michael Phelps sized meal! But find something that kick starts your day. I've been eating Corn Flakes with a picture of Michael on the box... I just try not to look at his face.
WebMD is one of my favorite medical websites, and HERE is what they have to say on breakfast.
On a seperate note, do we want to do a weigh in at the end of this week? I'm sure Michelle and Kevin have all of their specs written down, but maybe we could all do a healthy dinner together as well.

FINE!!! I'll eat breakfast already. It would help a lot to look at Michael Phelps every morning...I'm just saying.....
ReplyDeleteVictor says breakfast is a very important part of your day; and that eating will give you energy for the rest of your day. So we had tuna mixed with scrambled eggs, with orange juice and coffee. Yum!! I've got lotsa energy, go figure.

ReplyDeleteI like the dinner idea. Our place is open if you want to do the weigh in and dinner here. Kevin's scale is pretty fancy, it tells you your weight, body fat percentage and hydration level. Damn thing ratted me out this week that I haven't been drinking enough water.
uhhhh... i don't know if i want to get on that scale, but if i have to.
